Experiential Learning
Kratis has developed various indoor and outdoor experiential learning activities. Each activity has different characteristics and offers various benefits to the organization. Each activity is based on specific learning objectives and challenges and they include a thorough debriefing session at the end of each sessions. All the activities can be used as a part of a broader training program. The three types of activities are:
Quiz-Based : Test your ability to work as a team and solve puzzles and quizzes with a theme-based scenario.
Simulation-Based : Simulate a work environment and work with specific roles, rules, and challenges to complete a specific task.
Scenario-Based : Work around a real-life scenario and make critical decisions as a team.
The En Route experience offers a unique team-building adventure where participants explore different city locations and tackle puzzles along the way. Equipped with a kit of tools and clues, teams work together to navigate through the city, solve challenges, while competing with other teams.

The Mouflon Story is an interactive experience following a football team’s story. During this experience the participants are asked to cooperate and solve complicated quizzes and riddles. This workshop aims to demonstrate the power of various behaviours and attitudes in the work environment, and their role in everyday performance.

The Production Game aims to indicate how human factors affect human performance at work. The workshop concentrates on various topics of human factors through the simulation game of an aviation manufacturing company. It is designed to include a fun, team-building exercise that enhances the relationships of the participants.

The Sonoran Desert Game is an engaging interactive scenario designed to enhance team dynamics and decision-making skills by placing participants in a survival situation. This activity serves as a fun and stimulating team-bonding exercise, allowing participants to explore their individual and teams’ strengths and problem-solving approaches.

The Cooking Game is an interactive experience of a restaurant's operation. The participants are asked to cooperate and prepare a set of recipes according to the external customer's needs. This workshop aims to indicate how human factors affect performance at work. It is designed to include a fun, team-building cooking exercise which enhances the relationships of the participants.

The Bomb Game is an interactive experience about a bomb squad team trying to defuse an active bomb by solving complicated puzzles and of course by communicating effectively. This game aims to highlight the importance of various behaviours and skills that are related to effective communication.

Aphrodite Air is an interactive scenario-based game designed to immerse participants in the dynamic world of aviation management. This game challenges teams to make critical decisions under pressure while exploring key behavioral topics such as psychological safety, leadership, and effective team communication. Through realistic scenarios, participants develop skills that foster trust, accountability, and collaboration—essential for thriving teams and safe organizations.
